Soft Play Rules
- Adult supervision is required in the play area at all times.
- Toddler Play Zone accepts no responsibility for any injuries caused while playing on the Soft Play Equipment.
- No face paint or other colored objects are allowed on the Soft Play Equipment.
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on the Soft Play Equipment.
- No shoes are to be worn on the Soft Play Equipment. No heels!
- Socks must be worn.
- No pets allowed on Soft Play Equipment.
- Soft Play Equipment must NOT be moved once set up.
Set Up Requirements & Safety
Our soft play Halo Zone requires a minimum 12 ft x 14 ft space and can be set up indoors or outdoors. We can also provide a canopy at an additional cost, to offer shade for outdoor parties. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for outdoor use. All outdoor parties require a shaded area or canopy to protect our equipment from the sun and prevent soft play equipment from getting too hot from the sun. Our set up and removal of the equipment will take about 30 minutes - this is not included in your booked time. Booking hours are Sunday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
